Katie Melua has taught me a lesson today and made me realise that I owe a huge apology to a lot of people.
In recent weeks I have not been feeling myself, I had been feeling depressed and isolted for no good reason, most people who see me every day/week noticed something was wrong, though I failed to and couldn't open up to anyone. I have felt a lot better for a week or so now though.
Today, however, Ms Melua made me look at it a different way, make me feel more special and made me appreciate my friends a lot more. If there are 6,000,000,000 people in the world I am so lucky to be liked/loved by any of them. 5,999,999,999 other people are competing for their affections after all!
So I say sorry to you all for being snappy, unhappy, grumpy in any way. For doubting any of you, for thinking that any of you anything but cared for me, and I need to say that I care for you as well.
Out of 6 billion people I have 10 close friends, and many other fantastic mates. To all of you I say, you truly are 1 in 6 Billion! xx

An apple a day..

Finally! After 2 weeks of being unable to update my ipod Apple have released a fix for their quite awful iTunes 5 which was making it impossible for my iPod to talk to iTunes and update. Thank the good Lord for iTunes 5.0.1!!

Brum..psshh..brum..brum..erk...psshh..brum

Just got back from the British Touring Car Championships. It was good, I enjoyed it. Wasn't sure that I would but I did, saw lots of cool cars and crashes. (No major injuries - I'm not being sick!)
Speaking of sick - some of you may think it's a bit sick sawing a pigeon in half with a stick but it's ultimately very VERY funny! www.weebls-stuff.com/toons/magical+trevor+2/

Watch out for me at next year's Open

No really... WATCH OUT for me!
I went to a golf driving range today, which was supposed to just be fun. Which it was, I'm lying to say it wasn't. Didn't take my own clubs (as I don't have any) and people were taking there own. I got my basket of balls and started whacking away. I finished doing that and then started actually hitting the golf balls. I was doing alright, leanring not to try and hit it hard, just go with the flow. Then I borrowed Neil's fated 5 Iron. Hit the ball and watched as the ball AND THE HEAD flew somewhere onto the field. I sheepishly walked back to Neil. (Who, understandably, wasn't impressed) I gave his 'stick' back. We all stopped hitting and I had a quick run out onto the field to find it. But to no avail. So I sat out for a bit until Mark encouraged me to borrow one of his club's. (It was metal it stood more chance!)
I didnt get on very well with it but I darent use anyone else's until Stephen cheerfully came and lent me his. This one felt alright and then..whack.. end of that one flew off as well!!
Beyond funny, down right shameful. So yeah I broke two clubs, that's no big deal I will pay for new one's. It's finding something ELSE that I can't do that pissed me off! AND something I was enjoying too!!

But hey! Same time, next week! (Providing I can find some cheap metal clubs from somewhere!)


I'm told that all the big pro's break clubs, it's perhaps a sign off big things to come!
